A team of professionals facilitates the pain management program. This team includes (but not limited to) your treating physician, physical therapist and/or occupational therapist, aquatic therapist, counselors, dietitian, biofeedback therapist, massage therapist, psychologist, licensed social worker and you (the major stake holder). All clinical staff are CPR and AED certified.

Sharon received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from Prairie View A & M University in 2002 and her Master’s in Juvenile Forensic Psychology in 2006 from Prairie View A & M University. She was enrolled in the Clinical Adolescent Psychology Ph.D. Program at Prairie View A & M University until 2008.

Leah received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas in 1990. She has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy. She is McKenzie certified and has vast experience in the fields of sports medicine and home health care.
Laura J. Phillips, PT, LMT
Outpatient Aquatic Coordinator
Laura earned her B.A. from Cornell University and her Masters in PT from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Her 'hands on' treatment style and holistic approach to health enable her patients to recognize whole body wellness. She has advanced training in aquatic and manual therapy techniques and enjoys creating customized programs for her patients.
Janeen Clark, PT, DPT

Janeen is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas. Janeen received her Bachelors of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University. She has been practicing since 2009 in a combination of Outpatient Physical Therapy and Home Health Physical Therapy settings. Janeen attended the Spine Mentorship Program with Select Physical Therapy in Arlington, Texas. Janeen is currently enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to maximize her knowledge of the functional impact of nutrition within the healing process of the human body. Janeen is passionate about practicing a holistic approach to physical therapy and the rehabilitation of her patients.

Jessica has over 20 years of experience in the field of P.T. ranging from orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological disorders, wound care, work hardening, manual therapy and aquatic rehabilitation. She has been with the chronic pain management team since the beginning in 2003. She enjoys meeting the challenges of different diagnosis and assisting patients overcome their challenges and becoming successful.

Rita has been providing Bodywork at CPRC since 2009. She uses primarily Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Acutonics Tuning Forks to bring clients into deep connection and a new relationship with their bodies.
