A team of professionals facilitates the pain management program. This team includes (but not limited to) your treating physician, physical therapist and/or occupational therapist, aquatic therapist, counselors, dietitian, biofeedback therapist, massage therapist, psychologist, licensed social worker and you (the major stake holder). All clinical staff are CPR and AED certified.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 2012 and a Master's of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling also from Sam Houston State University in 2014. Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Wyoming in 1996. She later attended Liberty University and earned a Masters of Arts degree in Professional Counseling in 2012. She has spent her career helping individuals with physical and mental impairments.
Leah Landreville, LPT
Supervising Pain Program Physical Therapist
Leah received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas in 1990. She has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy. She is McKenzie certified and has vast experience in the fields of sports medicine and home health care.
Jessica Sherbert, PTA
Physical Therapy Coordinator
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Jessica has over 20 years of experience in the field of P.T. ranging from orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological disorders, wound care, work hardening, manual therapy and aquatic rehabilitation. She has been with the chronic pain management team since the beginning in 2003. She enjoys meeting the challenges of different diagnosis and assisting patients overcome their challenges and becoming successful.
Renee Grubbs, MSEd, RDN, LD
Registered and Licensed Dietitian
Renee Grubbs enjoys working with individuals to improve health and promote healing through diet and food selection. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition at Washington State University and a Master’s in Community Health and Nutrition at the University of Kansas.
Rita Franklin, LMT
Board Certified Massage Therapist
Rita has been providing Bodywork at CPRC since 2009. She uses primarily Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Acutonics Tuning Forks to bring clients into deep connection and a new relationship with their bodies.
